シンガポールのAG&P、ヒランダニ・エナジーの70％取得交渉中

シンガポールのAtlantic, Gulf and Pacific Company（AG&P）が、マハーラーシュトラ州のジャイガルゥ港にLNGターミナルを建設するHiranandani Energyの株式の70％を取得するために交渉していると、業界関係者は報告している。また、H-Energyの一部門も含まれているとのことだ。Darshan Hiranandaniは残りの30％を保有する予定である。

「AG&Pは、インドでのLNGおよびCNG事業の拡大を目的として、H-Energyおよびその子会社の株式の70％を買収する計画がある」と第一の情報源は述べている。

しかし、財政的および現地の課題により、同社は、ジャイガルゥ港から国内のガスグリッドに接続された56キロメートルのR-LNGパイプライン、およびマハーラーシュトラ州のRatnagiri地区にあるジャイガルゥ港の桟橋を所有しているだけであり、計画されていた二つのLNGターミナルは建設されなかった。それにより、取引価値は当初予想されたものよりも遥かに低いものとなり、H-Energyの財産は一部がAG&Pに売却された。
